What is your experience? How many years have you been doing this?
Rhyme's team of 10 people have a wide range of marketing experience, including strategy, design, development, and data analytics. Rhyme has been in business for over 20 years and worked with hundreds of clients across a wide range of industries, and they develop custom strategies for each client.
What do you charge? Is working with Rhyme expensive?
We typically work with clients on a monthly retainer basis, often becoming an extension of their internal team and intimately understanding all aspect of their business. We customize this monthly work for each client, but the fees will normally revolve around a set number of hours per month on their account. We also work with clients on a project-basis for one-time campaigns as well as on an hourly basis for tech-support related items, but we are able to achieve the best results over a long-term relationship.
What can I expect when I work with you?
We treat every client's challenges and situation as unique. However, what you can usually expect is that our team will work to become an extension of yours, learning as much as we can about your brand, your audience, and your goals. Then, we'll tailor a program that we think is right for achieving those goals, test it, and work to continuously improve, giving you reports and deliverables with information that you can actually utilize and put into action.
Where is your office located? Can I come and pet the dogs?
Rhyme's office is located in the city of Easthampton, MA, part of western Massachusetts. We choose to work here because of it's quaint feel, the fact that our dogs can roam around the office, and the sense of community here in the western part of the state. When can I expect to see results from my campaigns?
Our digital marketing approach is a process. Not only does our team need time to ramp up and understand all aspects of your brand, audience, and goals, but we also need time to make sure we have all the pieces in place before spending any of your ad budget. Typically, this can take 2-3 months, depending on what you currently have for brand assets, data, and guidelines. However, once that infrastructure is in place, Rhyme's team can quickly get acclimated and start the next phase of our process. Our clients will usually start seeing results not long after this initial discovery period.
What is the experience level of your team?
Rhyme's team is made up of seasoned marketing, design, and development professionals who have built their careers on the agency side. You can be sure that everyone you work with at Rhyme has hands-on experience with clients in similar industries and/or challenges. We also are continuously improving our knowledge of the marketing tools and techniques that are ever evolving, including using AI to maximize our efficiency.
